CIMB Bank waives Touch 'n GoCIMB Bank waives Touch 'n Go reload charge at ATMs

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Bank, the commercial banking arm of CIMB Group, announced the waiver of Touch 'n Go reload charge at its automated teller machines (ATMs) nationwide effective Friday.

The service is available 24 hours, seven days a week and at all the bank's ATMs with Touch 'n Go touch-points.

Previously, customers have to pay a 50 sen charge for reload at ATMs.

"With the festive season approaching, many people will be travelling and we have worked hard to get this ready so that they can avoid long queues at the toll booths this year," said group chief executive Datuk Seri Nazir Razak in a statement.

"This is yet another service that is unique to CIMB Bank customers. Just a month ago, we announced that with the integration of our ATM network, our customers can withdraw cash from any of our 3,750 ATMs in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand, completely free of charge," he said.
