Mazda 2 up for grabs at Pikom 2011 PC Fair

JOHOR BARU: Spend RM100 in a single receipt at any Pikom PC Fair nationwide and stand a chance to win a brand new Mazda 2 worth over RM100,000.

The PC Fair, which features more than 645 exhibitors offering products from Fujitsu, Dell, Apple and Sony among others at discounted prices will be held at 16 locations nationwide.

The National ICT Association of Malaysia (Pikom) president Shaifubahrim Saleh said the car would be presented to the lucky visitor in conjunction with the PC Fair's 25th anniversary this year at the end of the event in December.

The PC Fair here began yesterday and will end on Sunday.

"It has drawn millions of consumers from all walks of life as the event offers a wide range of products at great bargains," said Shaifubahrim yesterday at the event's launch here.

At the PC Fair here, more than 80 booths have been set up selling the latest communications gadgets other than notebooks, digital imaging and audio devices.

He said for the first time, the Pikom PC Fair also offers the Mazda 2 car as a lucky draw prize to attract more visitors to the fair.

The PC Fair will be held in three phases.

The first began on Feb 25 and will involve 20 locations in the country until May.

Among the venues are Malacca, Kuala Terengganu, Manjung, Kota Kinabalu and Miri among others.

The second phase will be held at 16 locations from June to July nationwide and the same goes for the final phase which will take place from October until December.
